the subject read the latest Nobu - Nobu West - I have developed some interesting suggestions which led to this menu:

diced feta and smoked grouper (reset sensory)
vol au vent with Toma Piedmontese (fire barrier for the hungriest)
vol au vent with crank and Montebore to pass frayed horse
peas with cold eggs, fish (salmon and lumpfish)
creamed potatoes and fresh morels
tartar lobster and shrimp salad with curly
pieces of yellowtail with mullet roe and asparagus
carpaccio of lobster with ginger ricotta and quail egg in sake with zucchini
penne with fresh salmon ravioli
donkey

vegetable curry bread and chocolate (at this point we wanted to a basic thing ... even if the chocolate in question came from a mythical N'Uovo Gobino)

All happy ... but how beautiful it is to cook?!?
