Big Reunion


Much has been written about this event, and it will be much more ... I like to think that the seven dishes luckily with my friends to be served to accompany the twenty hours spent together and make us feel even closer.
Cooking for me is an act of love, always ... aimed at those who accompanied me to the raw materials to those who made them, who taught me what I know.
I am moved and happy that this gesture made me live with you. Thanks.

There were 11 courses in the program, we have prepared 7 +1, here they are:

Dip Queso manchego fried chickpea
passed on fresh tomato
Amberjack solar
Tajarin saffron and garlic in oil bean soup
Tuna rabbit with mashed potatoes made from high
Ratatouille Rico
Pears in wine with cinnamon
Tajarin sauce shrimp violet Sanremo and monkfish (it was 3:21 ...)

Must mention the tasty Cristina cakes with vegetables, cured meats and cheeses of the area of \u200b\u200bthe Ivrea Lauren, Tuscan bread made by Rico, his wild boar salami, focaccia OF ANNA!! The countless bottles of excellent wines, especially the value of the preparation Max (tell me more than an average of 2.5 bottles dried head ... nn male). Nn forget anything?
