Western Theme Buffet Setting

Ah, yes ... the sea! Maybe, but it's still early ...
During the last few weeks in town, No one can stop cooking to meet friends and try new dishes. Turning stove and oven nn talk about it, so we have prepared dishes like this: chickpea dip


rolls with carrots zucchini marinated in sake with fresh goat
glass of buttermilk jelly and tomato tartare
croaker
carpaccio with saffron sauce of shrimp ginger
tajarin with tuna roe (here, a pot on the fire ... we put it)
seafood salad and radish sprouts, leek and sorghum with zucchini flowers
tataki tuna and amberjack flamed
5 spice herbal jelly
Belgian beer with chocolate chips and cinnamon cream
